Unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary, the Information and any data, content, and materials contained on our website https://sigma.money and in the documentation available at https://docs.sigma.money (collectively with the Information, the “Materials”) are provided for informational and educational purposes only, and nothing contained in the Materials constitutes a promise or representation.

The Materials should not be relied upon, either wholly or partially, when making any decision. We do not warrant, guarantee, or represent, whether expressly or impliedly, that the Materials are true, complete, timely, reliable, accurate, sufficient, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose, and we will be under no obligation to update or correct such Materials.

We shall not be responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the Materials. Any use of such Information is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any possible damages or losses arising from such use. You should always conduct your own independent research and thorough investigation.

No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing contained in the Materials constitutes an offer to sell, a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold cryptocurrencies, digital assets, or any other assets.

Nothing in the Materials constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to use the Sigma.Money Application, Sigma blockchain protocol, or any related software, products, or services. Always make sure to verify that the information you believe is provided by us is posted or communicated by our authorised representatives.

Forward-Looking Statements

The Materials may contain forward-looking statements based on current expectations that involve a number of risks and uncertainties. All opinions, forecasts, projections, future plans, or other statements that are not statements of historical fact are forward-looking statements.

No Liability

The Materials and Information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations, we and our affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants, contractors, and representatives shall not be held liable for any kind of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, including:

  • loss of profits or data,
